The DISC, Estate Agency offers friendly and reliable advice, mediation and back-up for anyone who wishes to buy or sell a property in south-west France. Officially registered as an Estate Agency, it is a member of the French FNAIM organisation.
If you are looking for a particular kind of house, a particular location, or other requirements, you can give us a ‘search request’ for property. We will then make a shortlist for you of property on our books, and provide you with photographs and documentation. Then we can work out an itinerary so you can come and look at whatever property you have chosen, thus organising your valuable time efficiently. We will, of course, accompany you to look over the houses or houses you are interested in.
When you have found the property that meets your requirements, we will support you through all the stages of purchase from the first visit right through to the signing of the property documents before the Notary (French equivalent of a solicitor). We can also arrange connection or re-connection of telephone, electricity and water.
