The hamlet is in the valley of the Viaur, a paradise for nature-lovers and walkers.
The house is semi-detached and partly-renovated. There are two rooms on the ground floor (16m² and 19m²) and an unfinished bathroom of 7m². A stone staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a small room of 5m² which could be converted into a bathroom. On this floor there is also living-room with fireplace, an old stone floor-sink, and a staircase up to the loft. Next to it is a bedroom measuring 17m². The loft now has two rooms with Veluxes and exposed rafters. There is also a dormer window overlooking the garden. The roof is made of stone tiles (a regional feature) and is in good condition. There is a septic tank. The electric wiring needs refurbishing or replacing. The house has a handsome garden measuring 4,500m² with various fruit and walnut trees. In it is a ruin measuring 20 x 6 metres containing an old bread oven. This property is ideal for someone happy to do a bit of work on it and who is looking for peace and quiet in unspoit countryside. A village with all amenities is 7 km away.
